This kit is the RX-78-2 Gundam (Full Weapon Set) released as an EG (Entry Grade). Previously, there was a Light Package with no weapons at all, and a standard version that only included the beam rifle and shield. This time it's back with a complete set of all weapons included.

The newly added weapons in the Full Weapon Set are two beam saber beam parts, a beam Jabelin, a bazooka, and a Gundam Hammer — all showing great proportions with a minimal number of parts. Along with these weapon additions, the body's molded color has also been changed to an anime style. A teal base color is paired with pastel-toned blue, yellow, and red, giving it a distinctly different look from the previous versions.
