In March 2019, Bandai and Kakao collaborated to release Kakao Friends' Ryan as a plastic model kit. Three versions were released in total, and this kit is the Ryan Heart & Penlight version — the most basic of the three.

The overall setup feels pretty similar to the Petit'gguy, with a very familiar format and even the stand feels right at home. It's a bit larger than the Petit'gguy, and the limbs offer noticeably more flexible articulation. Also, true to Bandai form, the face parts are done with 100% color separation for a clean look, and with small gates applied, you can actually pop the parts off without nippers — though I'd still recommend cleaning up the gates either way. The assembly feel is classic Bandai too — that smooth, satisfying snap-together experience.
