This kit is the Neu Balgay, released as No. 14 in the Mecha Collection Yamato 2202 series. Basically, it's a Mecha Collection Apollo Normcolor variant, but the bridge section features newly sculpted parts that recreate the Neu Balgay's distinctive bridge.

So the basic characteristics are the same as its sister ships like the Andromeda and Apollo Norm — small but with excellent sculpting and detail. For this review, you really just need to pay attention to the changed molded colors and the bridge details. As bonus parts, bridge parts are included that let you recreate the 1/1000 Balgay — they can be applied to the 1/1000 Apollo Norm or Antares, though the molded colors don't match, so painting is absolutely necessary.

So while it's essentially just a color variant, it's a reasonably thoughtful variation kit with the bonus parts thrown in. The quality is solid enough, so if the look appeals to you, it seems like a kit worth picking up on a whim. :-)
