So for this review, all you really need to check out is the updated molded color. It's still one of the larger kits in the Mecha Collection lineup, and the level of detail for its size is impressive. This also wraps up the Mecha Collection Yamato 2022 series — and as you can see in the group shot above, having them all together is quite a spectacle. The series officially ran up to No. 17, though since many of the kits came as multi-ship sets, the total piece count ends up looking pretty substantial.

It's a color variant kit, but the sculpt and color scheme are both excellent — if you're a fan of the Yamato Mecha Collection series, this one is definitely worth picking up. :-)
