This kit is the Saber / Okita Souji released in the Petit'gguy series. The basic concept, parts layout, and articulation are all the same as the existing series, with only the character being different. A sword and scabbard are included as accessories, but the sword can't actually be stored in the scabbard.

The two scarf strands attached to the back of the neck are articulated, which really helps with posing. That said, the connection is pretty loose, so they pop off every time you touch them — a bit of a hassle.
