This kit is the Saber / Altria Pendragon released as part of the Petit Ritz series. She's a character from the smartphone RPG "Fate/Grand Order," and one of the neat features is that you can detach the cape and crown to display her in two different forms.

Both forms look really cute straight out of the box thanks to the color separation and seals, though the cape and skirt make the already limited limb articulation even more restricted. The stand attachment method is a bit different from previous kits — instead of gripping the legs, it uses a fixing pin that plugs into a hole inside the skirt. This makes for a much more secure hold, though the downside is that with the stand gripping the large skirt, moving the legs around becomes a bit more of a hassle.

That said, this is the kind of kit that just makes you happy to look at once it's done, so it seems like a great little figure kit that anyone can enjoy casually, regardless of age or gender. :-)
