This kit is the Weapon Display Base released as an accessory for the Witch from Mercury kits. As the name suggests, it's a supplementary stand kit for displaying the bit weapons of HG Gunpla, and it's compatible with the HG Gundam Lfrith, Aerial, Pharact, Daril Balde, and others.

It comes with a small base that splits into two pieces, plus 3 pillars each in 2 different lengths. In the end, this becomes a bittersweet kit where you have to spend ¥1000 buying 2 of them. If you're collecting the Witch from Mercury HG kits, this is pretty much a must-have. (If they'd just included 2 runners and sold it for ¥500, I'd have given it a glowing recommendation..)
