Since this is a prototype, the parts layout and gate placement on the runners aren't optimized yet,
so the plastic material feels a bit off and there are some wave-like patterns here and there. They'll be gone on the retail release, of course.
The face will probably come painted in Kotobukiya's style,
but the prototype is just plain white;; Use your imagination.

The waist uses a double ball joint, but the arms are so large and the hair on the back of the head is so big that
it's practically bent backward;;
The sheer number of parts just for a single shoulder is something else;;
The parts breakdown on the back of the arms in particular is almost awe-inspiring. Classic Kotobukiya -_- b
The massive cover that runs from the top of the foot all the way up to the crotch can move within roughly that range.

Given the design, the back of the head is large and heavy, so the neck has no choice but to tilt backward almost completely.
No polycap, no matter how strong, is going to fix that.
The retail release will probably have the hair done in a clear material.
The articulation on the arms and legs is honestly pretty much the worst.
The arms structurally can't straighten out all the way, and even when bent they only move about 15 degrees.
The knees were so focused on parts breakdown that the range of motion is only around 20 degrees? ;;;
It's a kit where articulation isn't the main point, so it's somewhat forgivable — but still, come on..
Action pose.
It's tough to balance and get a pose going,
but once you nail the angle, the sheer size and detail make it an incredibly imposing presence.
Comparison with existing 1/144 Super Robot Wars kits and 1/72 Armored Core.
Huge, right? ^^;
It's about the same size as the Hückebein Boxer, the largest of the Super Robot Wars kits. In terms of head height, Demonbane is actually bigger.
Not that it's news, but... seeing the Hückebein Boxer again after so long, it's still so cool ^^';
