The sixth 08th MS Team 1/144 kit is the Gouf Flight Type. It's a modern reinterpretation of the MSV's Gouf Flying Test Type design, and with the Gouf Custom's gatling shield thrown in on top of that, it comes out looking really sleek and stylish.

First off, the heavy lower body and that full, beefy volume really come through, giving this Gouf a pretty unique look. And despite being a big, hefty kit, the joint strength is surprisingly solid — that's a big plus. The articulation isn't anything to write home about, but the style is so good and it holds poses so well that it's still a lot of fun to pose around. 

It's the kind of kit that feels like an unexpected gem — the quality and style are just that good. Personally, it's my favorite kit in the 08th MS Team lineup. And since it never got an official domestic HGUC release, it's still one of those great older kits that's well worth picking up for a number of reasons. :-)
