This is the 1/100 Gundam H-Arms Custom from the old Gundam W Endless Waltz series. It's famous for its full weapons deployed pose, and true to the 1/100 scale, all the opening gimmicks are articulated — though for some reason, the front skirt opening gimmick that was at least done as a swap-out on the 1/144 version got left out here on the 1/100.
The arm and leg articulation feels like a slight improvement over the earlier kits in the series, and the joint strength is solid overall, making it a lot easier to handle. It also includes the ability to swap in the half-clown mask from the show, so the overall package is pretty well put together.
This kit really shines with the sheer impact of having all those weapon gimmicks open up at once for the full-fire pose, and it's one of the better-quality entries in the series. An MG version did come out in 2012, but the colors and overall style are quite different, so this old kit is still plenty fun to build even today. :-)
