This kit is the 1/144 W-Gundam Zero Custom Metal Clear Special Version from the Gundam W Endless Waltz series. As the name suggests, it's a kit that combines plated parts and clear parts.

The parts lineup is identical to the original kit, but the coating adds a layer that tightens up the joint tolerances overall, making the joint strength noticeably better. That said, the small wing attachment points on the back are made of rigid plastic, and with the tighter tolerances on top of that, there's a pretty high chance they'll snap during posing. In my case, both attachment points ended up breaking T_T

Even so, it's a beautiful kit with a great combination of metallic parts and clear parts — the atmospheric re-entry form where the wings wrap around the body looks especially awesome.
