This kit is the 1/144 Gundam Nataku Metal Clear Special Version from the Gundam W Endless Waltz series. Just like its predecessor, it combines coated parts with clear parts — the coated parts are used as accent highlights on select areas, giving the overall look more of a clear kit vibe.

The basic build is the same as the standard version, so in this review you can just sit back and enjoy the updated visuals. One thing worth noting is that the Dragon Hang storage connection is a bit more secure than it was on the standard version. 

All in all, it's a solid Metal Clear version, and if the look appeals to you, it's definitely worth picking up. :-)
