This kit is the Hyper Mode Dragon Gundam released as part of the old-school G Gundam 1/144 series. Just like its predecessor, it's essentially the existing 1/144 kit with a gold coating applied on top — and it delivers decent coating quality for the price, along with noticeably tighter joint strength. The assembly process is a bit stiffer as a result, but it does hold poses better than the standard version.

It's a worthwhile kit as an affordable plated version, so for this review, just sit back and enjoy the coated visuals. :-)
