This kit is the Hyper Mode Gundam Maxter released as part of the old G Gundam 1/144 series. Just like its predecessor, it's essentially the existing 1/144 kit with a gold coating applied on top — and for the price, the coating quality is pretty decent, and the joint strength is a bit tighter too.
