This kit is the MSV 1/100 Tropical Test Type Dom, following the 1/144 release. It's a completely new design with no shared parts from the existing old 1/100 Dom, and you can see some improved joints here and there — most notably, the ankle joints have been upgraded to move in all directions. That said, compared to the MSV Zaku, the proportional difference from the original 1/100 doesn't feel all that dramatic.

The new shoulder joint has a structural issue — instead of the polycap connecting directly to the body, there's a separate polycap mount that gets attached inside the torso. This can come loose or fall apart during posing, which leads to some pretty frustrating moments. T_T It's an old kit so I guess it is what it is, but you'll definitely want to glue the shoulder joint assembly inside the torso thoroughly to keep it from coming apart.

A dedicated hand for holding the bazooka is included, but the fit is way too loose and it's hard to get a good angle on it. You can have both hands hold the bazooka, but it's not easy to pull off and the result looks a bit awkward. Joint strength is also a problem — the hip joints are very loose and will definitely need some reinforcement work. No matter how much the ankle joints improved, the sloppy hip joints really undercut the whole thing.

This kit is notable simply for the fact that the Tropical Test Type Dom got a 1/100 release following the 1/144, but there are quite a few structural shortcomings, making this feel like an old MSV kit that really needs to be modified before you build it. :-)
