Before the early HG series got started, this was the very first kit to experimentally introduce multi-injection joints under the name MS (Movable System) joints. The one-piece molded articulated frame was truly groundbreaking technology for its time.

The overall quality is on par with a 1/144 scale Gunpla from 1989 — decent color separation and seals give it a reasonably good straight build look.
