This kit is the Musha Gundam, a rare Gunpla released back in 1989. Before the early HG series got started, this was the very first kit to experimentally introduce multi-injection joints under the name MS (Movable System) joints. The one-piece molded articulated frame was truly groundbreaking technology for its time.

The overall quality is on par with a 1/144 scale Gunpla from 1989 — decent color separation and seals give it a reasonably good straight build look. The old-school proportions are just something you have to accept, though. The MS joints are a neat idea, but being an old kit, the articulation isn't great. Joint strength isn't bad, so it can hold poses and stand upright well enough.

Weapons include a gun, a cannon, a sword, and three spears, and there's also a flag printed on premium paper, which is a nice touch. Since the articulation is limited, the range of poses you can pull off isn't huge. That said, the weapons fit into the hands pretty well, so action poses with the weapons hold up nicely.

Being such an experimental kit, it was never rereleased, which has made it a top-tier rare find. Either way, its significance lies in being the first kit to use a one-piece injection-molded joint system — it's a landmark kit that opened a new chapter in the history of Gunpla manufacturing technology. :-)
