This kit is the third entry in the Musha Gundam series, the Musha Nu Gundam, released in 1989. It follows the same format as the previously released Musha Gundam and Musha Gundam Mk-II — a roughly 1/144-scale kit built around the MS Joint system. Since the experimental original Musha Gundam series wrapped up with just these three releases, this ended up being the last kit in the lineup.

Aside from the new exterior design, the kit's overall characteristics are the same as its predecessors. It features that quirky one-piece injection joint system, but still delivers the same limited articulation and decent stability we've come to expect. Weapons-wise, you get a spear, a sword, and a gun, and just like the earlier kits, a paper flag is included as well.

Either way, as the final Musha Gundam kit, it's become quite a rare find — but it feels like a meaningful entry in the lineup for the early experimental tech it brought to the table. :-)
