The last kit in the Silhouette Formula series is the 1/100 Cluster Gundam, which came out with a brand-new design just like the Neo Gundam. As you can tell from its model number F90Y, it's essentially a successor unit to the F90.
As a special gimmick, like the Neo Gundam, you can detach the backpack to form a core fighter. The section that tucks inside the body can be separated and transformed into a core fighter on its own, while the backpack portion splits off as a core booster — it's a pretty unique setup. In many ways it's a step up from the Neo Gundam, though when you try to reattach it as a backpack it tends not to lock onto the body very well and keeps popping off, which is a bit of a nuisance.
On top of the standard loadout of beam rifle, beam saber, and beam shield, you also get two bazookas, making this the most weapons-rich kit in the series. The two bazookas can be fixed to the side skirts so you can strike a pose firing both simultaneously, almost like using a Vesba.
The basic articulation and joint strength are decent enough that handling it isn't much of a hassle — it just feels like a new take on the F90 series. If you like the look of it, it's a perfectly solid kit to enjoy as a casual build. :-)
