This is the 1/144 Gundam Geminass 01, released as part of the old-style New Mobile Report Gundam W Dual Story G-Unit series. Dual Story G-Unit is a Gundam W side-story manga that ran in Comic Japan in 1997 — it borrows the concept of the Zero System from the main Gundam W series, but has pretty little connection to the original show otherwise.
