This is the old 1/144 Gundam L.O. Booster released as part of the New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story G-Unit series. In terms of lore, it's a restored version of the destroyed Gundam Geminass Unit 1, and just like the previous Gundam Aesculapius kit, two runners from the 1/144 Gundam Geminass 01 are reused here as well.

Since the base body is nearly identical to the 1/144 Gundam Geminass 01, it still delivers the same average articulation and solid joint strength. That said, with all the extra stuff hanging off it, it's a little more awkward to handle than before. Gimmick-wise, you can deploy the thrust beam cannons housed inside the large reactor units on each shoulder, and by folding the main thrusters on the back upward and laying the unit flat, you can pull off a simple high-speed flight mode configuration.
