The fourth kit in the old Gundam W 1/100 series is Wing Gundam Zero. Just like the 1/100 Wing Gundam, it achieves color separation without system injection and includes a large number of beam parts and chrome parts — but overall, the quality feels a bit lacking compared to that kit.
For starters, the articulation is worse than the 1/100 Wing Gundam, and while the joint strength isn't bad overall, the arms don't hold up well enough to support the large Twin Buster Rifle. You can get a pose going for a moment, but the arms gradually droop downward — and even just holding the rifle in a standing pose, the arms sag enough to hurt the overall proportions. On top of that, the rear wings are heavy and the feet don't grip the ground well, so you really have to work to keep it balanced. It's just a kit that feels off in a lot of ways.
On the gimmick side, a machine cannon open gimmick on top of the shoulders was added — something the 1/144 didn't have — and both shoulder verniers now open in two stages. The transformation sequence also gained a gimmick where the back of the feet open up to expose the verniers, and the wings were upgraded to open with articulation. Like the 1/100 Wing Gundam, you can also dress up the Neo Bird Mode with additional beam parts.
So while they did pack in quite a few 1/100-exclusive gimmicks with some real ambition, it's ultimately a kit that leaves you wanting more in terms of joints and balance. For Wing Zero specifically, I'd recommend going with the MG released in 2013 over this old kit if you can. :-)
