This kit is the 1/100 Gundam Leopard D from the old-release Gundam X series. The base body is carried over from the existing 1/100 Gundam Leopard, with a few extra weapons added on top, so all the basic characteristics are the same. That said, unlike the 1/100 Gundam Leopard which had pretty decent joint balance, this kit has a strangely off balance to it. Whether that's because something changed with the configuration or just down to luck of the draw, I can't say for sure — but either way, the 1/100 Gundam X series tends to have issues with joint strength balance across the board.
As for the weapons, the backpack armament has been swapped out for twin beam cylinders that can connect to both arms, an 11-tube missile pod has been added to the side of the left shoulder, and a new weapon called the heat axe has been included as well. The highlight of this kit is also the full weapons fire pose with everything deployed at once — but personally, whether it's the color scheme or the sheer impact of the weapons, I actually prefer the full fire pose on the original Gundam Leopard.
The twin beam cylinders that attach to the forearms also have a tendency to droop downward due to their weight, and overall the gimmicks feel a bit less clean compared to the Gundam Leopard.
Like the previous 1/100 Gundam Airmaster Burst, this kit also includes a gimmick for combining with the separately sold G-Falcon, though getting it to hold a good pose isn't easy due to connection stability issues. Still, thanks to the flashy visuals and sheer volume of it all, you can pull off an even more powerful full weapons fire pose.
So while the overall quality doesn't quite match the 1/100 Gundam Leopard, the G-Falcon combination and the extra weapons do give this old-release kit its own appeal. :-)
