This kit is the SD Mushakage Gundam, released as part of the SD Gundam Musha Shichinin-shū-hen series. It's essentially BB Senshi Gundaman with some additional parts thrown in, and you can actually use the existing Gundaman parts to build a blue Gundaman as well.

The newly added parts include the head, legs, shoulder armor, and weapons, which give it quite a different feel overall. That said, the torso is basically a Gundam body with just a touch of Sengoku-era warrior styling added on, so compared to the more full-on Musha Gundams, the combination looks a bit awkward. Articulation is your typical SD-level stuff, so there aren't many dynamic poses you can pull off — though it's worth noting that the Mushakage Gundam legs rotate horizontally while the Gundaman legs move forward and back, so the two sets handle completely differently.

Since this kit is essentially a retool of BB Senshi Gundaman, the overall quality does fall a bit short of the SD Musha Gundam kits. Still, at just ¥300 you also get the ability to build a BB Senshi Gundaman, so it's a pretty decent bang for your buck. :-)
