This kit is the SD Kaen no ZZ, released as part of the SD Sengoku-den Furinkazan arc series. Like the previously released Shippuu no Nu and Hayashi no Mk-II, it's a kit based on the SD ZZ Gundam from the Musha Shichinin-shuu arc with added armor — and it still features that signature helmet that covers the entire face. On top of that, flame-shaped gold-plated head antenna are included, giving it an impressive look that really lives up to its name.

All the parts from the original Musha ZZ Gundam are included as well, so the gimmick of mounting armor and weapons on the tank carries over intact. The newly added Kaen no ZZ armor can be displayed mounted on the stand.
