This kit is the SD Shodai Gundam Daishogun, released as part of the SD Sengokuden Tenka Touitsu-hen series. In the lore, it's the form Phoenix Gundam achieved after absorbing the power of the Tenku Three Generals' armor — so the kit is essentially the existing SD Phoenix Gundam with additional parts for the Shodai Gundam Daishogun added in.
