This kit is the SD Kage Alex, released as part of the SD Sengokuden Tenka Toitsu-hen series. True to its name, it's the shadow warrior version of Musha Alex, and the lineup is essentially the previously released SD Gundam NT-1 with Kage-version runners added in.

So the basic features are identical to the SD Gundam NT-1, and the Chobham Armor attachment function carries over as well. Overall it shows the typical old-style SD articulation and build, but even though the Kage armor is molded in a single blue color, once you bring in the plated parts and seals, the straight build actually looks pretty decent.
