This kit is the SD Raiteisennari Shin Shougun, released as an upgraded version of the Tensho Daishogun. The core unit — the Tensho Gundam — is reused as-is, but instead of the gold plating that covered the whole body, it now comes molded in a yellowish plastic. In exchange, the weapon loadout has been expanded and plating has been applied to other parts instead.
Just like the Tensho Daishogun, you can configure it in three stages — Light Armor Type, Tensho Shogun, and Raiteisennari Shin Shougun — and with the new weapons added, you can also recreate the Basaratop Mode. On top of that, the weapons can be combined into the Super Basaramanda, and when you break that down and attach it to the back of the Tensho Shogun, that's essentially what becomes the Raiteisennari Shin Shougun. As a result, viewed from the side, the whole thing ends up with quite an elongated front-to-back profile.
So it's a variation that feels both similar to and different from the Tensho Daishogun. In Tensho Shogun form, the gold plating on the Tensho Daishogun side looks much cooler, while in fully armed mode, the Raiteisennari Shin Shougun's plating comes across as more flashy and elaborate. (See the comparison photos above.)
Along with the Tensho Daishogun, this is a kit with a really luxurious lineup — these two are definitely more fun when built together. :-)
