This kit is the Daiga Gundam Choshogun released as part of the New SD Sengokuden series. As the name suggests, it's a variation kit based on the SD Hiten Gundam Choshogun, and the big addition here is the large Core Tiger on its back. (In the lore, he's set up as the older brother of the Hiten Gundam Choshogun.)

Combine the Core Tiger with the head on the chest and you get a separate Tiger unit, and on top of the Tiger you can mount the Double Cluster Cannon. True to its name, the Double Cluster Cannon packs two spring-launch gimmicks. On top of that, Bomber Goggles are included as an optional part that attaches over the eyes, and the plated head antenna from the original Hiten Gundam Choshogun is also in the box so you can swap it in and see how it looks.
