This is the SD Musha Blue Gundam released as part of the SD Gundam Musha Generation series. It's basically a kit that reuses the body from the SD Blue Destiny Units 1 and 3 released in the G Generation series, with a clear runner and a chrome-plated runner added for the Musha version.

True to its Musha Gundam nature, you can remove the armor to configure it in light armor type, and the hollow-back issue on the rear of the arms is just as bad as on the G Generation version. As a bonus, a clear-molded SD-proportion Heero figure is included, and the two large Bakuretsu Houha cannons on the back can be held in the hands as weapons.
