This kit is the SD Mushamaru, the first release in the SD Gundam Musha Marusen series. It's a fun little unit that carries a takoyaki griddle on its back along with flags bearing food names. Those signature flags (nobori) can be made by cutting out pieces from the manual.

Remove the armor and you can put it in a light-armor form called Mushamaru.
