This kit is the SD Faahwan (Bakimaru), released as part of the SD Gundam Musha Maruden 3 series. As you can tell at a glance, it's based on the Gundam Astray Red Frame. Remove the armor and you can turn it into an adorable inner body called "Bakki" — and at that point you can choose between two eye seal options for Bakki: the standard expression or a smiling eyes version.

Combine the separated armor and weapons and you can put it into the Faagiran configuration (Bakki-ro Mode), and by rearranging the weapons you can also transform it into the animal-form Suowumoshin configuration.
