This kit is the Kido Musha Rekka Daihagane, released as part of the SD Gundam Force Kaiken Musha Retsuden Mukamuga arc. It's a variation kit of the previously released Kido Musha Daihagane, and at first glance the change in molded color is the most obvious thing — but the helmet design has also been changed, and with extra parts added to the knees, it's a bit taller too.
