Sangokuden Gaiden Buyuu Gekitourok is a side story to SD Sangokuden, featuring 12 characters who don't appear in the main series, each getting their own episode as the protagonist. This kit is SD Ryuuhou Gundam, the first release in the Sangokuden Gaiden Buyuu Gekitourok series, based on the SD Huilong Gundam released in 1995. The molded color has been changed from yellow to blue, the torso, head, and arm frame have been revised, and two Shuanglongyanyuedao have been added as new weapons.

The Shuanglongyanyuedao can be inserted onto both ends of the Gexianfenggon to form the Shuanglongzhifengzhangdao, and the kit's finishing move is the Shuanglongzhifengji — a spinning attack with that weapon. On top of that, three different eye seal designs are included, and there's also a feature that lets you combine the armor and weapons into a display form.
