This kit is the SD Naoe Kanetsugu Gundam, released as part of the SD Sengokuden Mushin Kōrin-hen series. It's essentially BB Senshi No. 282 Tenshōsujin Mk-II with a changed molded color and a few extra accessories thrown in.

The blue molded color has been shifted to have a slightly greenish tint, and aside from the feet being changed to black, the overall color feel is pretty similar to the original kit. The head antenna have been removed, the helmet design has been changed, and a flag made by cutting out pieces from the manual has been added.
