This kit is SD Long Zun Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam, released as No. 17 in the SD Gundam World Heroes line. It's based on the SD Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam from the SD Sangoku Soketsuden series, with some external parts changed. It even includes the memory card that was a hallmark of the Soketsuden series.

As you can tell from the arm weapons, the main body is white but the armaments are inspired by the Banshee. The right arm is equipped with the Ryūtaifain, similar to the Armed Armor BS, while the left arm carries the Seiryū Kaaku, similar to the Armed Armor VN.
