Following the standard Garazzo, Hiling Care's personal Garazzo has now been released as an HG kit. Structurally it uses 100% identical runners to the original Garazzo — it's simply a color variation with different molded colors.

First off, as you'd expect from a Bandai HG, the base quality is excellent, with solid color separation, great articulation, and good joint strength. The escape unit mechanism and the shoulder shield gimmick are both well reproduced, and the GN Beam Claws rendered in soft orange clear parts look great too.

Since this is a pure color variant kit, there's not much to add beyond what was said about the original Garazzo. That said, looking purely at the molded colors, Hiling's color scheme feels a bit more subdued and balanced compared to the purple of the standard version. Given her role in the show, Hiling probably doesn't have many fans out there.. but if you like the look, this is a kit you can build without any hesitation. :-)
