The 0 Gundam's design sparked a bit of controversy at the time for looking like a homage to the RX-78 First Gundam, but hey, that's ultimately up to whoever's making it, so whatever..

The GN Feather looks somewhat similar to the Wings of Light that came with the MG Destiny special edition back in the day, but the quality is clearly a step below. The MG Wings of Light had excellent print quality and a chameleon coating that gave off a beautiful iridescent rainbow sheen depending on the light. This kit's GN Feather, on the other hand, feels more like a color print on one side of a plain clear backing. It's not exactly what you'd call three-dimensional or dazzling — but still, once you attach it to 0 Gundam's back and put it up on a stand, it does look pretty cool in its own way.
