Following the HG 00 Raiser Trans-Am version, the second-season Celestial Being Gundams have also been released in Trans-Am versions. It was pretty much the expected simple variation, but they didn't even bother spacing them out — just rolled out the recolors all at once. ^^;

The kit contents are the same as the previous Trans-Am versions — same runners, just with the molded color swapped out to a combination of pink and purple. Due to the nature of Trans-Am colors, the plastic has a gloss injection feel to it, which makes the gates a bit harder and slightly more annoying to clean up. Thanks to the gloss injection, the Trans-Am version has a bit more shine compared to the standard release, and overall it does give off a slightly more premium feel.

Also, the change in plastic material generally makes the joint strength stiffer, so the kit feels a bit more stable. That said, unlike the first-season kits, the second-season Gundams use new poly-caps, so the standard versions already have solid joint strength — meaning the improvement in joint strength isn't as noticeable here as it was with the first-season Trans-Am kits.

Aside from the molded colors being changed to Trans-Am, there's no difference from the standard kit, so it's a perfectly solid recommendation for anyone who prefers the Trans-Am version. :-)
