This kit is the 00 Qan[T] Clear Color ver., released as a Bandai Hobby Shop exclusive. It was released alongside the four main mobile suits from the movie, and is a typical clear color molded limited edition kit.

Since the original HG Qan[T] was already such a high-quality kit, the Clear Color ver. carries that over — clean assembly, great articulation and joint strength, and a compact but well-proportioned build. Sure, cleaning up gate marks on clear-molded parts is a bit of a pain, but there aren't that many parts to deal with, so it's nothing too rough.

Most of Bandai's recent clear versions use a milky-clear approach — it doesn't show off the inner details as much as a fully transparent version would, but the outlines come through nice and crisp, so it actually scores pretty well in terms of giving the kit a solid three-dimensional look.

As a limited edition release it doesn't have anything particularly unique going for it, but the kit itself is clean and well-made — I'd say it's a quality clear limited edition that's definitely worth the price. :-)
