A truly unique mobile suit has joined the AGE HG lineup — the Danazine. As you can see, it's a monster-type design similar to the Gafran and Zedas, but what sets it apart is that it's a bird-type unit with a long tail and large wings.

The HG Danazine is a rare bird-type mecha where the arm and leg articulation is pretty standard, but the tail and wing articulation are excellent, giving it a very unique feel in hand. On top of that, the joint strength is outstanding — no matter what pose you put it in, everything holds nice and firm. ^^

It also features a simple flight mode transformation, where the whole thing takes on a thin, elongated shape. Honestly though, calling it a "transformation" is a stretch — it's more like folding the head down and straightening the body out..

Being a bird-type unit — something you rarely see in the Gunpla world — is this kit's biggest selling point, and on top of that it delivers excellent articulation and solid joint strength, making it a great quality HG kit overall. Even if you're not particularly into AGE, if the unique feel and style appeal to you, this is one I can confidently recommend — it's a fun kit. :-)
