The 12th Builders Custom kit is the Skull Weapon, which reuses the backpack from the HG Crossbone Gundam Maoh. As you can see, it takes the original Crossbone wings, changes the molded color, and adds a skull-motif nose piece and stand. On top of that, it comes with a variety of weapon accessories and joint parts — a pretty typical Builders Custom setup.

First off, 4 sub-arms have been added by making use of the existing holes in the Crossbone backpack, and they're designed to hold all the various weapon accessories included in the box.
