This kit is the HG Core Gundam (Real Type Color) & Marsfour Unit, released as part of the Build Divers Re:Rise series. The lineup is the same as the Core Gundam G-3 Color & Veetwo Unit — same concept of dressing the Core Gundam in a new set of armor. Following the series' naming convention of combining a planet's order number with its English name, this time it's the fourth planet Mars, giving us "Marsfour."

The inner frame and overall build concept are 100% identical to the Core Gundam G-3 Color & Veetwo Unit, though the molded colors have been changed and parts like the head antenna, shoulders/forearms, and legs/feet have been updated. The excellent articulation, solid joint strength, the ability to configure the Marsfour Armor as a flying vehicle, and the combine/separate gimmick with the Core Gundam are all the same as previous entries. One new addition is a claw that deploys from the forearm shield.

The overall quality is still great, but just like with the Core Gundam G-3 Color & Veetwo Unit, it does feel a little sparse without the separately sold Marsfour Weapons. All in all, this is another kit that's best built together with the Marsfour Weapons. :-)
