This kit is the HG Gundam Seltsam released as part of the Build Divers Re:Rise series. Looking at the runners, they're labeled as if they're reused from the HG Gundam Mk-III — except the HG Gundam Mk-III has never actually been released. It looks like runners that were made in advance with plans for an upcoming release ended up coming out first through this series.

First off, it sports a pretty fresh look with its asymmetrical arms — the right arm comes in a massive form that can extend in length. On the back, a large Deathlance is mounted horizontally, and on the rear left there's a deployable shield binder/folding Destlauncher. The Deathlance handle can be extended and retracted, so you can set it to different lengths depending on whether it's stowed or in use.

Overall articulation is decent, and the unique design makes for some really dynamic poses — the extended right arm in particular looks pretty great. That said, it's hard to give it high marks for joint strength. The HG-grade polycaps were already a bit iffy to begin with, and this kit might just be a little too bulky for them to handle. The shoulders tend to pop off during posing, and on top of that, quite a few parts don't hold together well and fall off easily.

Between the shaky part connections and the durability issues, it's hard to call this a high-quality kit. Still, you've got to give it credit for its unique visual impact. :-)
