The HG Gundam 00 Sky's long rifle, buster sword, and beam rifle/saber are all included as well.

The newly added weapons in this kit are 2 new beam rifles and 2 Armed Wing Binders.

The Armed Wing Binder lets you rotate the wing and pull out the handle inside to reposition it.

This is the HGBD:R Gundam OO Sky Moebius, released as part of the Build Divers Re:Rise series. It's an enhanced version of the Gundam 00 Sky, and compared to the existing HG Gundam 00 Sky, this kit features changed molded colors along with additional weapons and some extra armor pieces.

As for the main body, only the Sky Brace on the forearms, the Sky Legas on the shins, the head antenna, and the front feet have been slightly changed — everything else is just a different color combination. So the solid articulation and stable joint strength carry over as well, and despite all the stuff hanging off it, it's still a pretty easy kit to pose.

The newly added weapons are 2 new beam rifles and the Armed Wing Binders. You can fold the top and bottom of the Armed Wing Binders forward to form the Hi-Mat Full Burst configuration. Detach the Armed Wing Binders and reposition the handle to use them in sword or rifle mode — in sword mode, you can even add dedicated beam parts. The two new beam rifles can also be stacked and stored on the rear skirt. On top of that, the effect parts that were included in the HG Gundam 00 Sky [Higher Than Sky Phase] make a return here, now molded in clear green as the Moebius Drive Unit, which can be mounted on the shoulders.

So while it's marketed as an enhanced version, it does feel more like a variation kit with a handful of extra weapons added on. That said, the base kit was already really solid quality-wise, so if you like the look of all that extra armament and the overall style, it's definitely worth picking up. :-)
