This kit is the HG Star Build Strike Gundam Ver. RG System released as a Club G exclusive. The lineup is essentially a complete full package — it combines the standard HG Star Build Strike Gundam with the Plavsky Power Gate that was previously only included in the separately sold Build Custom Universe Booster. Pretty much everything you could want in one box.

According to the show's lore, when the RG System activates, the body's joints and key areas glow blue — and those corresponding parts are nicely recreated in blue clear plastic. The white base armor is molded in an opaque marble-like finish, while everything else is done in clear parts matching their respective colors.

On top of that, the Plavsky Wings, Power Gate, and all the pink clear parts have pearl mixed in, giving the whole kit a really premium feel overall. Normally, clear plastic parts tend to give joints a bit of extra stiffness — but on this kit it's a little overdone, and things feel quite tight. In short, the joint strength is very solid, but the balance varies from joint to joint, which makes posing a bit of a hassle... (Still way better than loose joints, though. ^^;)

Either way, in terms of value for money, this is pretty much a top-tier limited release.
