This is the HG Scramble Gundam from Gundam Build Fighters Try, based on the Z Gundam. The overall design concept is unmistakably Z Gundam, though the backpack looks similar to Destiny Gundam. Clear blue parts are used throughout the body in various places, giving it a distinctive silhouette.

There aren't many extra accessory parts like hand parts or weapons — the only thing included separately is a beam saber. That said, with rotating beam rifles on both forearms and a flashy body design, it's actually a pretty fun kit to pose. As you'd expect from a recent release, both articulation and joint strength are excellent, making posing and holding positions easy. Spread those big wings and you get a dramatic, Freedom Gundam-style composition.

Since it's based on the Z Gundam, it does include a transformation feature. It's not a complex transformation like the Z Gundam though — it's more of a simple Wing Gundam-style thing where it just lies face-down with the wings spread. It would've been cool if they'd gone with an elaborate Waverider-style transformation, but it seems like the mech design was intended from the start to prioritize action playability over transformation.
