As the name suggests, it shares a similar concept with the Stargazer Gundam from Gundam SEED, and the overall design reflects that. The base body, however, is built on the HGUC Hyaku-Shiki Revive, so you could basically sum it up as "a Hyaku-Shiki remodel kit done up in Stargazer Gundam style."
