The Build Strike Galaxy Cosmos — appearing in Episode 5 of Gundam Build Fighters: Battlogue — has been released as the 66th kit in the Build Fighters HG lineup. While the A-Z Gundam that appears alongside it in the show was released as an Amazon web exclusive, this one got a proper general retail release in the HG lineup. Anyway, the name sounds pretty grand, but at its core it's a variation kit based on the existing HG Build Strike, with some armor changes and the separately sold Build Custom Galaxy Booster bundled in.
The base body structure carries over directly from the HG Build Strike, so it still delivers excellent articulation and decent joint strength. The Galaxy Booster on the back is fairly large, but not enough to throw off the center of gravity, so stability is solid enough.
It's fair to say the real highlight of this kit is the Galaxy Booster rather than the subtle changes to the body — you can configure it in a star shape, a fully expanded form, or a wing booster configuration, giving you a nice variety of display options. Combined with the body's excellent articulation, you can pull off some really dynamic poses, and since a dedicated stand is included, it's got plenty of appeal as a display model too.
All in all, the overall quality is more than solid, so if the design appeals to you, this looks like a perfectly enjoyable HG Gunpla to have fun with. :-)
