This kit is the HG Gundam Amazing Barbatos Lupus, released as part of the Gundam Build Metaverse series. It's based on the HG Gundam Barbatos Lupusfrom the Iron-Blooded Orphans series, with new sculpts added on top. The main body is nearly identical aside from the molded colors, except for the head antenna and shoulders.

They can be detached and used independently as the Amazing Booster Celestial, and you can also slot the claw section onto the arms and fold up the backpack to create the Zesu configuration. As you can see, making use of the newly added Amazing Booster Celestial opens up all sorts of unique, Build series-style display options that you just can't get anywhere else.

That said, the HG Barbatos's lower body and ankle joints were never particularly sturdy to begin with, so standing it upright with that big weapon on its back is a bit of a challenge. A clear stand is included, so I'd recommend using it for an aerial display instead. Even so, it holds poses reasonably well on the stand, and there's plenty of fun to be had trying out different positions with all the unique gimmicks and weapons. The lead wire used for the Zesu configuration also has solid support, holding firmly at whatever angle you set it.

All in all, this is a flashy, upgraded HG kit done up in Build style. The design might be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your taste, but if the look appeals to you, it's a solid HG kit that's well worth enjoying. :-)
