The Haroloader has arrived as the 13th Haro Pla release. It follows the same style as the previously released Mobile Haro, but this time the Ball rides inside the loader.
The Ball is the late-type with an opening mouth, carried over with just a different molded color, and the ear and foot covers are done in a different color from the main body. As for the loader, it has quite a few points of articulation for such a simple structure, which lets you pull off some surprisingly fun poses. The claws are designed to open and close via a lever, but whether it's a design issue or just stiffness, the lever alone isn't really enough to open and close them smoothly. You'll find it much easier to just use your hands.
It's a kit with a clever idea — putting the Ball inside some kind of vehicle — and aside from the clunky claw lever, it's a clean and tidy little build. If you're looking for something fun and light to put together, this one's worth a go. :-)
